I just picked up a 1961 1c NCG PF 69RD and cant find a pricing for it. Any idea as to the value. I picked it up for $25 thanks in advance

If you join Heritage or Teletrade you can use their auction archives to help with true values and will not have to rely on so called "published values"-----------------BigE
