Ebay police, need a little help

Someone has highjacked my picture for my 1893 S Morgan on Ebay. I need to know where to report this person to Ebay. What is the email address I report them to?

JB, it seems that he simply used the same URL that you used. That means you can replace the picture with anything you want. I did it once, took a scan of a piece of paper in which I had typed "This auction is a scam. The seller doesn't own the coin, he copied it from my ebay auction". Or something along those lines.

This will only work if you can replace the picture you're currently using and keep the exact same file name. Of course that will change the picture in your auction too, but if you can pull it off you might want to cancel yours and go through it anyway just to mess with him. The look on their faces when they see must be awesome.

I think you should bluff him and say you need to find out the numbers on the slab due to a theft of yours and the Police may be calling him about it? or something of the sort.

He has very little feedback and only one new item for $55.oo

I would love to do it but I spent $25 on the listing which a little much to spend for a joke. If it was the $5 listing I would do it in a heartbeat.

This is a criminal and a thief trying to rip off anybody stupid enough to bid in any of his auctions. I've reported the Flowing Hair Dollar to eBay. Hopefully he'll get shut down before anybody gets screwed.

He probably has the poster. He doesn't have the 1859 IHC, the 1908 Saint, the 1794 Flowing Hair Dollar, or the '93-S Morgan, though.

In reading the responses to this thread I see quite a bit of levity. This is inappropriate. This is not funny. I was taken by exactly this type of scammer in September. eBay eventually paid their maximum of $175 in fraud insurance but I still lost $50. Think of what a buyer of an item of this cost stands to lose.

The police agencies don't seem to care about this type of scammer. They are apparently too busy running seat belt checks or keeping protesters at least a half mile away from our esteemed president.

Is this what you use to focus your goals (your goals being scamming other ebayers)?!?
Do you really own this poster or did you lift the picture from someone else's like you did with the coins?!?
