ANACS slab storage------anyone have a good way, aside from rubber bands?

Does ANACS or anyone make a box of some kind to hold these smaller slabs?? I find them to be a paradox-----they are smaller but tend to be more difficult to store. Thanks.

The coinworld holders are the same size and they make a plastic box (similar to PCGS and NGC) for these coins. That is what I use for my ANACS coins.

Eagle makes a box for them also.

They fit in (and ANACS ships in) the red 2x2 boxes.

Coinworld (Amos Advantage) has these boxes that hold ANACS slabs nicely.

This seller on eBay has Intercept Shield boxes for sale that are sized for ANACS slabs.

The current size ANACS slabs fit nicely into the Coin World boxes. (They hold 25 slabs.) The earlier, smaller size ANACS slabs are too small for the Coin World ANACS boxes. Normal 2x2 boxes work fine for either type.

ANACS sells a custom box (made by Eagle) for their slabs. Holds 21 coins. They're nice (I got 3) though overpriced. Sold directly through ANACS website. Here's the link:

3 ring binder pages -> can get sheets that hold 9 (trading card size) - good for all slabs (ICG are tight)

you can also get those 3 ring sheets to hold 2x2's

not very expensive or classy, but easily allows quick viewing of both sides and much easier to find a certain coin than pulling 20 coins in and out of a box looking for ........
  • With a table saw and some acrylic pipe cement you can make your own out of NGC boxes. They also (rather ingeniously, if I do say so myself) hold the old PCGS rattler-style slabs. The ANACS slabs fit in the main wider slots and the PCGS in the narrower deeper slots. The end caps in the photo were made from cutting up the lid and hold everything together nice and securely. They are sturdy boxes, the only drawback being no lid.

PS -- I have five of them as shown that I'm not using, I would sell the lot for $25 delivered. By the way, that's delivered via FedEx ground at my convenience (FedEx is waaaay out by the airport). Delivery to a PO box, or if you just want it faster, extra $4 by US Mail. Priority mail rates are killer these days.
