What in the heck is a "re-conditioned" coin????? Dipped, brillo padded, brassoed, all around messed with? I am very cautious of someone selling a re-conditioned coin.

It's polite way of saying it's been cleaned. Kind of like rich people never have roaches, they have palmetto bugs.
