1976-S Ike Proof?

I'm a copper guy, and know nothing about Ikes.
My wife got this by accident. (Bid on the wrong lot and won)
I can hold a paper 9 1/2 inches away from this coin and READ the paper in the coin! The only problem is the coin has a little haze on it.
I'm guessing its proof. Sorry about the pic's. 1st time I ever photographed an Ike. You can click on the link below to see the reverse.
