eBay would do nothing. He's done nothing illegal.

Haven't seen any in PCGS, but at least a few got graded by NGC. There was one Washington Carver in particular that stands out. It looks like NGC caught on, though, because none have appeared for a while. Tons have been slabbed by PCI - no surprise there.

That's because they're all from the same batch. It's like baking cookies. Preheat to 375, add one drop of oil, bake for 15 mins. Presto! You have some tasty coins!

The answer is yes with regards to ANACs. I bought a few of his awhile back for testing purposes. There was a Frankie that wasn't quite as garrish as the rest.

I submitted it to ANACS, it has been slabbed and it will be in my hands in just a few days.

I know, I know..................I've got to get the camera stuff going so I can submit pictures. I'm shooting for the holidays to get the setup.

I didnt think you were allowed to have 2 ebay usernames..

So what he is doing, is just lying to people about the toning, at least in the personal emails I have heard from him.
Also mentions he doesnt AT in one of the feedbacks, another lie? Or he only buys from this guy, artandcoins?

I hope if anything, this gets some people to block artandcoins from bidding on your undamaged goods.
What is his username on here?

I went through his feedback and discovered that he has bought a coin from me with his artandcoins ID. It was in an ANACS slab so I wonder what he'll be doing with that. GRRRRR
