When I blow the Reverse up, the mintmark is slightly fuzzy. Removed?

This seller amazes me - I've seen his stuff before - always high priced and always unbelievably crappy pictures. Anyone that would be willing to spend that kinda money on a raw coin should have his head examined!

Thanks for asking. Yes. It looks better than the picture. Full strike on the eagle on the reverse, although there is a vertical mark on the breast. It's enroute to PCGS for express service right now. I paid 61 money for it. I'm hoping 62 or 63. Have time to return it if it bombs.

The 1895 proof is another coin that I would never buy unless slabbed, assuming I had the money to buy it in the first place.
