Can this coin picture be enhanced?

I'm trying to figure out if this coin is full of contact marks or if the holder is dirty.

Well first off - it's in a cardboard flip - so that tells me that it's unlikely that the marks are like those on a plastic holder. It doesn't look like the normal linty crap these holders have sometimes, and the hit on the cheek of old baldy looks all too familiar - so my guess is that the coin is a typical Ike with a beat up face.
