A smudge on my coin

I got my free submissions back from PCGS today and much to my surprise one of the coins has what looks like a glue smudge on it (see photo). It almost looks like someone put a sticker on then pulled it back off. The coin was graded MS 63 and I am positive it did not have the smudge on it when I sent it in. What are my options now? Should I send it back to them or call them or email them first or what? Oh ... and I also got my first body bag on an 1852 2 1/2 dollar gold coin so I guess I am no longer a virgin all the way around now.

    I would definitely call or e-mail them.

    That's what I don't like about grading. I don't trust people I don't know.
    I collect Canadian coins! Almost done completing me 1900-2000 Set of Cents! What shall I do next?

    Calling is always preferable to emailing unless it's a question you don't mind not being answered.

    Call them first, and make sure to get the name of the person you talk to. Follow up w/an email.

    sorry to hear that happened, and it's exactly why I'm afraid to submit coins. Never done it, and I'm worried something will happen. I'm curious as to how this will be remedied. Please keep us posted to events!!

    Looks like a liquid the way the discoloration leached into the recessed hair curl. Was this coin dipped prior to submission? Not trying to imply it was, just hoping to learn.
