What grade and what value?

If the images are an accurate representation, PR69DCAM. If it's a Type 1, about $20. Type 2, about $85.

I'll go with PR68DCAM, the field between the I and the B look a bit cloudly and there are spots on the shield on the reverse.
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    Those aren't spots.

I'm new, but I have a question that is not worth a new thread.

    What does CAM mean?
I collect Canadian coins! Almost done completing me 1900-2000 Set of Cents! What shall I do next?

Cameo. The devices are frosted, not brilliant.

PR67DCAM. Those non-spots are real distractors.
Give Blood (Red Bags) & Platelets (Yellow Bags)!

    Welcome, Jason.

CAM is Cameo, on a proof coin, and DCAM is Deep Cameo.

The reason for the name is obvious- the portrait on a cameo coin looks just like a cameo on antique jewelry. And a DCAM has even stronger contrast. DHeath's Kennedy half is an obvious DCAM- it has what you would call "black and white" contrast. And that is THE look to have, believe me! A regular proof with no contrast (in other words, no frost on the portrait and lettering) is called a "brilliant" proof. The whole thing has a mirrored look. CAM's and DCAM's have the deeply mirrored fields but the frost on the high points. A CAM is worth more than a brilliant proof, and a DCAM even more yet.

    Brr! Frost is good!

I agree with the earlier grade assessments. 69 DCAM, or 68 DCAM on a bad day, at the very least. Sweet lookin' frost monster, there! image

Did somebody say 67? C'mon! I've seen 69's with worse spots than that! Those teeny spots hold the coin back from perfection, but do you really think they would affect the technical grade that much?

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

This one is not mine. It is a PCGS PR70 Dcam that sold last night on Teletrade around $600. IMO, it is an extremely sharp looking modern proof, but if it doesn't look like a 70 to you, why pay the premium.image
