quarter to be sent out

who would be good and trustable enough so i can send them my quarter to get looked at since the scanning picture thing blew up in my face. someone that if it is something can tell me and get advice taht is honest and correct?

    What date/mint is it, and what do you think it grades?

    its a 2000d state quarter that mgiht be missing the clad lam. all the way around the coin. so i want to get it checked to see if its a real error. i think its ms60+ so not a bad grade
