Are you talking about proof, rather that MS? Or you could be referring to the SMS cams of the sixties.
Either way, it doesn't really matter because the 67 CAM would be worth more than the 68 in all cases.

I'd rather own an MS67CAM than an MS68. I think CAM SMS coins are top drawer.

I don't know squat about moderns but I suspect 67CAMs have more eye appeal than 68s. Also, if you have looked at enough coins to consistently tell the difference between 67s and 68s, I suspect you will go blind much earlier than the rest of us
