I am in the process of building a collection of modern commemorative coins. I am collecting half and dollars both proof and uncir. I have noticed that a good deal of the memebers of this form deal on Ebay. I have most likely delt with some of you under my Ebay account of 1davendoris.

My question, Am I out of line by asking to deal with you directly? I buy from ebay and my local coin dealers. Some of the coins I need to complete my collecting my be coins that you have that may not be worth going on ebay and my local dealers don't want to waste there time with.

I am looking for coins in their mint boxes with COA. Contact me if you wish

Hey Dave, we frequently buy, sell, and trade coins with each other. It's AOK. Are you aware that there is a special forum for it? The BST forum - stands for, well... buy, sell, and trade.

I've gotten some of my best pieces from the members here, and established trusting relationships with several dealers.

Thanks for the response. I did not know about the other forum. (thats what you get for tunnel vision) I have started another thread on that board as well.
