1955 double die?

Something about this coin just doesn't look right. Any opinions? I don't know how to do the link thing but the ebay item# is 2203576781.

Sure doesn't look right. I wouldn't trust an uncertified example of this coin. Especially one that looks like it had Photoshop's plastic wrap filter run on it.

I'll put my bid on photoshopped. Patches on the reverse and on the velvet behind the coin show splotchy patterning that is caused by playing around with filters and such.

This coin appears to be genuine, but definately through a bad wash. Looks like it has been dippe and unevenly recolored, but the details look genuine from the photos.
