I bid on and win this guys auction item # 2201182988 and it shows a pic of what looks like a new capital holder with tissue in the box, it's also described as 'new and never used'. I receive the holder and it's a well used, all scratched up junkie old holder with no box or tissue, and now he doesn't respond to my email.
Why do sellers have tp pull this BS and misrepresent for a very inexpensive item?

For a $5.00 item and a clear pic, I thought what could go wrong. Not a big thing, just aggrevating that some people have to cheat you out of a whole $5.00 by showing you one thing and sending you another.
His negs certainly lead one to believe there is a pattern.
