Ohio Coin & Stamp show

I don't know why they add Stamp for I have never seen a stamp dealer there.

This show is not as big as Santa Clara but it is one of the largest regional shows in this area with 100 tables and several national dealers will attend.

Hope to see you there today and Saturday. Interesting that the show is Thursday, Friday and Saturday - no Sunday.

Come early and get some good pickens.

    Sorry - The show is at St. Michael's Woodside Hall. Here are the difections: From 480 and 77 go south on 77 to the Wallings road exit (approx 4 miles (three exits south on 77)). At the light turn left and go over the freeway then make the first right (the road runs along the freeway over the bridge).About 1/2 mile is St. Michael's - turn left and go to the back building - you are at the show. The cover charge is $5.00.

    Some say the Mistake on the lake or the city where the river catches on fire.

    We get many of these but my personal favorite is the t-shirt that has a landscape of the skyline of Cleveland and under the skyline is the phrase, "Cleveland, you gotta be tough".

    Print this out and bring it with you for $1 off show admission.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    Where: Bob Evans Restaraunt, Rockside R.d and Interstate 77.

    That is a bad time to have a coin show in Ohio. They should have checked the football schedule first. I'm an OSU grad and I know I wouldn't skip the game for a coin show.

    ..........like there probably won't be a radio or TV set at the show and you can always record the game and watch it later. besides, the Buckeyes will ride their defense and decided edge in coaching to a victory. and just remember, you heard it here first.

    Seeing as we are the ones predicting the score, I have a little coin related "motive" for you. I have one coin that I don't need. I will "donate" my coin to you if O.S.U. beats Michigan this weekend. If O.S.U. loses, then you will have to "donate" any coin to me.

    Unfortunately, I can't go to that show in Ohio, nor the one in Michigan - I have tickets to the Michigan - OSU game & that's where I'll be from Noon to 3:30pm Saturday - Watching the Michigan Wolverines beating the bejeebies out of the those nuts (Buckeyes???) image from Ohio -
