ANACS holders - which are the newer ones?

Hi, Everybody --

Which are the newer ANACS holders, the ones with "ANA" on them or the ones with "ANACS" on them? Does it make any difference in terms of the quality of the grading?

Thanks,

Dan

The ones with ANACS are the newer ones. NGC is ANA's 'official' grading service.

The ANA holders are quite old... they're like the PCGS rattler holders of ANACS... most coins should grade the same, I'd bet.

The most recent variety started in April of 2000 and it has 19 digits in the barcode. Before that the barcode was 17 digits long. Good lck counting the digits, it takes a little practice.
