Should the State Quarter Program be extended to an 11th year to include the U.S. Territories and the District of Columbia

    I voted no....although I could see DC....it is a US STATE quarter program, territories shouldnt be included IMHO. Heck...there's plenty of commems the mint can do for the territories, but they're not states.

    I also voted "No", it is called the state quarter program. I think adding the territories was an after thought after they found out just how popular the SQ series was.
