    make sure that your icon is the right size (100X100)

    go to your profile page - at the bottom you'll see a load icon box

    Load your icon there and you're good to go image

    Once it's turned on, there will be an icon upload button at the bottom of your profile screen. Hit it and find your file and upload it. The file's supposed to be 100 X 100 or less and less than 10K. Cigar dog beat me to it.
