I won a broadstruck nickel in the heritage auction last week...still no word from them...what need i do to close the deal, i thought theyd email, but they havent...am I supposed to contact them?

anyhelp would be appreaciated.

Did you win it with a bid on heritage or eBay?
If heritage go to the heritage web site-my heritage-invoices.
If eBay be patient might take up to two weeks.

You can log in to the "Go to my invoices" section and pay for the lot from there.

pontiac, I won three lots and they never showed in My Invoices, and still dont. A lady named Mary handled the problem. Call her @ 800-872-6467 ext. 275-----------BigE

I just received email from them yesterday for a coin from the NY auction.

I had the pleasure of winning my first coin from Heriatge earlier this week, and when I called them to pay, I mentioned that I had not been invoiced on the web for it. The very friendly woman said that they were having some problems with the online invoicing. Calling them at the numbers that were given above is the right way to go. Be sure to have your auction lot number handy when you call.
