I believe the Seller got this one wrong and what we have here is the much lower mintage Proof.
It looks like a pretty nice one too.
Barber collectors: Am I way off on this one?

Looks like a proof to me. The rims seem square.
The hair detail below liberty seems weak for a proof but it may just be the picture.

The talons show some wear as does eagles feather right on top-it really is not centered well enough for a proof alltho rims are square but coin is really not centered on planchet to be a proof

I doubt it is a proof. There appears to be slight wear on the high points so I would call it AU58. A nice looking coin.

With 1011 in feedback and his/her's other auctions that are graded/slabbed, I'd have to be leary buying this one. There's a reason why it's not in a top tier slab...

Looks like wear on the coin to me. AU 50 at best. I don't think it's a proof.
