    i am sure nanba you being from india and a new collector there might be some on here that might send you a proof set from the 1960's 70's 80's 0r 1990's or a modern commem coin for you in proof

    you might want to post on the coin giveaway boards that you are looking for someone who might be willing to send you something like this

    how you would pay for shipping i guess you would take it up with someone who is willing to send you a proof set of coins

    Personally, I only accept MS67 and PR68CAM and above. You have to have standards!
