I will say real. I have one that looks little like that one(but not nearly as vibrant) in a PCGS holder.

It's real... and from that picture, I almost think it's slabbed right now...

I was kinda surprised when I saw it on the end of an original 66 roll - will be posting several others I got today - is it market acceptable? Who knows - is it cool? Most definitely image

Frank, it doesn't matter real or not. From the image it looks too scraped up and makes me want to puke. Besides anybody that understands the toned market would toss this aside as pocket change. Which BTW imo it is. Sound familiar?image

I was going to say that I thought it looked questionable from here, but I wasn't sure.

Hey grumpy gusimage The scrapes you see are actually breaks in the toning - the coin itself may be in the 63/64 range image

I hear you Frank, it's just "Too many marks that distract me." Now give me a gem toned one with blazing luster booming through without all that scuff and I'll be happy. It's just a "common coin with a little tarnish." OK I'm done now. image

<<<The scrapes you see are actually breaks in the toning>>>
You mean like where the toning is scraped off or is it really broken?
    Yeah it's real toning.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

Dog97 - the toning isn't uniform - it's got dribby-drabs (Alabama technical term) of white showing through image

Nice. I, too, was leaning towards AT though. I think people will look closely at it. But aesthetically speaking, I think it's nice.
