Niether can I, I was trying to get home to watch the lot number in the first group for an item I bid on. I had it, till it went to the floor. But the last price was my highest bid, but on my bid page its showing a different figure, so I dont think i got it? But its not finalized.
It looks as if the coin had a last minute reserve??

<< <i>They already posted one that I bid on. A floor bidder won it at exactly my max. HMM...

Russ,
Did you bid through Heritage's website ? If you did check thier website, on eBay if you bid through Heritage you could be the "floor bidder".
The 1869/69 is a real red.....and what us dealers call a RIP
If the color on that coin was real it would be a 66+ red
If the color on that NGC slabbed coin was real I would have paid $20,000 for the coin
Perhaps YOU dealers should learn what REAL copper looks like and not what it can imagined.
I consider myself an expert at grading, collecting and appreciating natural mint luster. To the knowledgable that coin was done !!!!
