$25.00 Grab Bags for Christmas Charities-BOOM

imageHello everyone I'm Boom. I'm an old collector that can usually be found around coins for sale -trade or giveaway. I am here to ask all you fellow collectors to whom God has been good, to you that think nothing about spending "crazy money" to acquire what you want-to help me to help others for Christmas in one of several ways! There is much work to do and in fact I've already started. I am moved to help the down-trodden of the real world this Christmas because it could very well be my last! I am asking for...a) orders for $25 grab bags b) coins that you own that you'e no longer interested in or c) monetary donations to be able to make a Christmas for people that would otherewise not have a Christmas! I, my wife,my childhood-lifelong friend and his wife will sew nice little bags (don't hold me to the sew part as I am assuming the women will help)and put together nice little grab bags to sell for charity...to go out and purchase gifts for children that otherwise would not have a gift and also to buy food to prepare for the lonely-the elderly shut-ins th at the world just ignores and who do not have any way to have a nice Christmas dinner. It most certainly has nothing to do with me or longing for recognition....I will reap my eternal reward soon enough. So if you can help with spare coins(inexpensive ones) orders or cash donations PLEASE get in touch with me either at warren54@eatel.net or PM me under my ID which is Boom! Thank you and God bless you all. I KNOW HIS SPIRIT WILL MOVE YOU! I am ANA member 189578 and a member of PCGS' Gold Club..I think my membership # is 574427. Help in anyway you can! THANKS

Somehow, I just knew I could count on you-THE MAN OF COINS!! I am posting my address for all interested . I'm sad to say that so far the positive responses have been few and very quickly I can see who's who among the people of plenty...Warren C. Segura 2016 West Old Spanish Trail New Iberia, La. 70560 ph (337)367-5639 email-warren54@eatel.net I am not a pro with computers like the rest of you so please help keep this thread at the top everywhere you see it. I don't know how! Also, please help spread the word around...it's a noble cause and it's from all of us-NOT ME ! I sure would appreciate everyone's help by either buying a bag or two /supplying some of the coins you can do without or cash donations so that we can buy/prepare and deliver Christmas Dinner to the shut ins that are lonely and have no one....fot them this is the loneliest time of the year with no family or friends and it would sure bring tears of joy to their faces to know that perfect strangers thought enough of them to remember them in this small way! Thank you! Come on people ...you have so much ....I'm just asking for a little....... for others!

I hope nobody does this.....I have to say that I have come to know some of the most decent, generous and perhaps most importantly, honorable people, on this Boardb in the last few months......If your in the mood to give, find a honest charity....Don't mean to preach, I just hate to see decent people scammed......All the best.....Cocckney

Man of Coins....I am sure Boom will appreciate your donation.....Just for your information I asked Boom to give me the names of some of the orgaizations that benefitted from his drive. I was not trying to be a smart arse. I was more than willing to spend my time and energy to confirm that it was a legitimate request for donations, let everybody know that, and then make a donation.

I cant speak for anybody else, but I think it is perfectly resonable to expect a person making a donation request to provide that information. Anybody who wont give the information is a lying scamming thief....And Boom's only response was that I should keep my dollar..

You dont have to agree. If you think I have my head up my butt your free to say so, and you have (There are many days I wouldnt disagree with you)...

Put up ........ or shut up. .....This could have been done also from the solicitor. Why did he not want to name where the money was going???????

Scammer or not, why send him a dollar? There are plenty of known legitimate organizations that can use the money. Most people have them in their own communities. Help out and be generous, but know where your money is going.

I thought we went through this BULL$HIT yesterday about this individuals request. Same people, just a different opening line....What next!
What is money, in reality, but dirty pieces of paper and metal upon which privilege is stamped?
