Did I sell my 1938 Jefferson PR66 too soon?

It went for $106 last week, but being the 1st year of issue I wonder if it would have been worth holding on to until the new nickels are issued?

I think all the '36-'42 proofs are undervalued in PF65 and above I am holding on to mine for a bit.

having seen alittle about how things work in the coin hobby it seems reasonable that the new nickel
design and still somewhat uncertain future of the returning `old design`...,or will it change slightly,
would boost some added interest in the denom and series that everyone is all-too familar with.

I,ll go out on a limb and say, Jefferson nickels will have a significant rise in collector interest and
maybe give rise to higher prices for all coins throughout the series.

You can almost hear the stampede in the distance now.

    Hear that?..........Sh.....Listen....................
