Recently had a submission going in and thought about a 1943-D cent that had developed spots in the holder. I called customer service on how to submitt and was given clear instructions and even given a number to write on the submission form so they could match their paper work when the submission arrived.

I actually lost $3.75 but am pleased with PCGS's response.
