  Proofs are impossible to grade because hairlines may not show up in a image..... 55 is a KILLER year....

  difficult to tell, but I'll say proof 65 based on what I see.

  I agree - 65 is the best I can do based on the pic. Is the spotting on the obverse on the coin or is it lint and stuff?
