The 'O' on this 1898 tilts a little to the right. Is this common? Thanks!

yes - all mint marks on all coins were punched until sometime in the late 1980's/1990's.

All the way up till then?!I remember getting a 1973D Lincoln cent in a roll with the date and 'Liberty' and the mintmark smaller than the other one I found in there,is this normal?Should I've keep em'?
