  Ken I'm going to say MS-62 and hear are my reasons:
  Obverse
  1. Appears to be numerous marks on the face and ear.
  2. Hair seems to be weak.
  3. Appears to have chatter in the field cant really tell in photo.
  4. Rim nick at 3 O'clock
  Reverse
  1. Shield appears to have a couple of distracting marks.
  2. Arrows and tail feathers seem a little weak.
  Of course the coin may look better in person, this is just my personal opionion of the Kennedy.
