Either the strike is a bit weak, or it has some rub so I'd go either AU58 or MS65 (if it has full luster).

The lack of detail in the hair about the ear warrants a 64 by ANA standards I think.

To be harsh I,d say cleaned and retoned. But scan grading isnt the best way to grade.

A 62 if you are lucky! Breast feathers, ear and other flat areas of the coin. Fields look good and not banged up, but the ear and feathers are weak.
