how do they come pair to pcgs, anacs on high grades?

On moderns, ICG hands them out way too often...

NGC follows PCGS in the grading company scale. Then ANACS, then ICG...

I think that PCGS, NGC and ANACS should be lumped together in the same group.

I do not have any experience with ICG, so I cannot comment.

Icg is too liberal in mintstate, especially above three in most series.

They are not good graders. Only buy PCGS coins. They are the market leader.

PCGS, NGC, and ANACS are 1, 2, and 3 respectively. No one else is worth ranking.
