Nice strike on that 63 IHC. You see so many of them with weak strikes.

Here's the Wright Commem Dollar Proof I got yesterday.

If their production quality gets any better, PCGS is going to have to come up
with 10 gradients between 69 and 70 to differentiate them! (*ouch*)

Don't actually have it yet, but I have a Jackie Robinson half eagle in UNC on hold. I'll have it in hand in a week or two.

The IHC should grade 63 or 64. I wouldn't grade it higher because the diamonds on the ribbon aren't full and the hair is lacking some details, but overall, that's a real nice coin! Is the luster intact - the reverse looks to be spotless, but I can't tell on the obverse.

mgoodm3: as far the obverse goes, there's a tiny bit of rub that would put it at AU55, but it might just be the scan. Something's weird about the reverse, though. Looks like some strange retooling around the denomination, and also something weird about the leaves from about one o'clock to five. Again, it could just be the scan. If I saw that in real life I'd be tempted to call it a counterfeit. I hope not, though.

RonMan, Niihau "The Forbidden Island" was spelled as two words (instead of one) on the first 1,043 coins minted. I believe there were 4,000 to 5,000 of these coins minted in silver.

I actually have the complete set of "Hall of Fame for Great Americans" commemoratives (almost 100 medals!). Pretty amazing considering these medals were issued over a ~15 year period. Each medal has with it an info sheet that tells the history of each Great American, as well as the artist that designed the medal. What a great history lesson!
