Anything from 65-68 DMPL wouldn't be a shocker, so I'll guess 64 DMPL. It must have some hairlines that we can't see in the image.

Might want to be careful with this one, if it looks too good to be true it probably is. I don't think the graders at PCI are capable enough (or care) to detect artifical frosting and otherwise altered surfaces. This coin is highly suspect in my opinion.

Tonelover: I hadn't thought of that. Thanks. I've recently come into some extra money each month and want to focus on big 3 coins (PCGS, NGC, ANACS). Possibly ICG, although they still look overgraded to me.

What's the shock? Anything in a gold PCI slab is suspect.

It does look pl but I doubt dmpl from the picture but it might look better in hand.
It does look like its probably a 66.

Tonelover - you have a very good point.

As for the grade, if it hasn`t been altered and it is genuine and original, It looks to be at a MS66PL and maybe just maybe a MS67PL on a good day with the wind at your back. Nice looking puffy, frosty cheeck. The 2 things I see that would keep it from a 67 is " reletively minor " frost breaks in the hair, cap and cheeck. Also not sure whether that`s a scratch or not in front of the forehead between the " E " and " P ". So if it is genuine and original, not altered or doctored, it`s a lovely coin! Good find if it is.
