Cherrypickers Guide Volume 2

Does anyone know what is going on with Cherrypickers Guide Volume 2?

I placed an order on June 23 and was told it would ship around the end of August. Don't have it yet.

I've email J T Stanton 3 times and he won't reply.

The last I heard from JT was that it should ship sometime in October. I e-mailed him on Oct. 1st and haven't heard back yet.

Just received an e-mail explanation on the delay. Thought some of you that are waiting on your order may be interested.

This is a partial quote from the e-mail.

The Cherrypickers' Guide, Volume Two has been delayed slightly due to some
serious personal problems with my graphic designer/typesetter. Essentially the
book should have been finished about 3 months ago, and we've got about 3-4
weeks left to work on it before going to press. Another typesetter and I are
both working on the book to get it finished now. I don't anticipate a delay
    beyond that point.

If history is any indication, we won't be seeing this book before January. No matter when it arrives, it will have been worth the wait.

My description of it being an urban legend was meant to be kind.

Now it is far past being a joke.

    One excuse after another.

Won't be buying it nor will I recommend it.
The most money I made are on coins I haven't sold.

    Got quoins?

seanq is right. Even if it's November it will be worth the wait. Give J.T. a break. He has had health problems and lightning problems, in addition to the graphic designer/typesetter problem mentioned above. image
