Dont know if this note has any value or if it is even authenitic. Has signature, no serial however.

College National note.

Got to be someone out there that knows....

I don't know why attachments were never turned on in the beginning but it is fixed now.

I don't know anything about the currency. There is a college in Fayette, IA it's now called Upper Iowa University. What are the signators names? I could find out more with a few phone calls. Let me know.
