Medallion

Hi I just acquired a Skylab Medallion May 14, 1973 February 8, 1974 at an antique shop. Could someone let me know the price of it and if its a collectable?
Thanks

If you bought it cause you liked it, it's a collectable.

    What you paid.

If you bought it to sell at a profit, good luck.
The most money I made are on coins I haven't sold.

    Got quoins?

I don't even know what you paid and I can be pretty certain that it was too much. There is virtually no secondary market for this type of item.
    All glory is fleeting.
  • It came with a bunch of old coins!!

Did you try using a geiger counter on it?
  • I think its pretty nifty tho it's a part of history!! Skylab

Yes it is, if you do a search on eBay for skylab there are a couple of similar ones for sale bid under $10.
    Might make good additions.

    Here is one.

But yours is cooler because it was made from metal that was in space.
