Looks like a cleaned common date in VF. Won't even ask what the shipping charge is, not worth the stress.

Thanks For the help!! This place is great for the new collector. I also Bought a 1896 Morgan for 10$$ today at a coin/pawn shop it has rainbow toning looks to be in good condition was that a good buy?

If you can't grade your asking for trouble purchasing raw coins from even dealers. That goes double for ebay. Stick to PCGS, NGC and ANACS slabbed coins.
