Looking at the new pictures you posted, the coin is no better than AU... probably 55. This is one of the reasons I dont buy from that guy. The pics just arnt good enough for me to buy raw. From his pic, taken at an angle, it looks flat out unc. From yours, you can see some clear wear.
If he sold nothing but cheaper coins, I probably wouldnt think anything of it. I mean, after all, some coins just arnt worth slabbing. But you throw those $100+ "red" coins that arnt in slabs... come on... If he's selling them, I dont trust him enough on the cheap ones.
...just my thoughts.

I'd agree w/ Lincolncentman, the images you posted clearly make the coin seem worse than the image from the ebay listing, which I checked after giving my opinion above.

BTW: The angle of the original pic could hide darn near anything. I can make a dinged up MS look as smooth as a proof at that kind of angle with very litle trouble.

Shows are a blast. I'm going to do my best to get to one next weekend.

On the flip in my auctions I try to show the true color of the coin but at the same time try to capture any flaws. That way there are no supprises(?).
On the side there was a light coat of oil on the coin.
This guy could make a living in giving lessons on picture taking.
