Help finding custom made coin holder

Hey folks,

I would like to do something special for my mother, who likes collecting coins but can't afford much (and has failing eyesight so details can be hard for her on coins).

What I had in mind was to have someone (this is where I need suggestions/links/ideas from you knowledgable/friendly folk) create a custom holder for some half-dollars.
I chose halves because what I wanted was a coin from her birthyear (1945), my brothers, mine, my sister's, and the 2 grandkids.
So, that spans 5 different decades and halves were some of the best looking and most consistent (the cent, nickel, and dime were too small based on her eyesight).

So, I would like to put these coins, more than likely, in a small plastic container (idividually) and have that placed in the holder.
I have looked online in a lot of online stores (and checked with local dealers at the small coinshow (Kirkland, Wa.....close to Seattle) this weekend) and Capitol Plastics had a lot of holders that are being sold, but nothing for what I want/need.

I have until XMas, or her bday in January, but I wanted to get it done soon.

Then, I just need to get nice, but not super expensive, coins. Good eye appeal is more important than rarity/numismatic value for this.

The years and coins I need to get:
1945 - Walking Liberty (her year so I would like this to be the best looking of the bunch for satiny look and/or toning)
1962 - Franklin
1968 - Kennedy (mine, so I would like it to be very nice as well image )
1971 - Kennedy
1986 - Kennedy (man, why are the '86 proof sets double the others near it? I had thought about cracking out proof sets, or mint sets, for the needed coins)
2002 - Kennedy (my son, so another nice coin needed image

I was thinking of having something maybe 4-6 inches tall and having her coin at the top center with her name under it.
Then, the next row would have my brother, sister, and myself with our names under the coins.
Then, the 2 grandkids under that (coins then names)

It wouldn't have to be too costly (I would hope) but would really tickle her to have the coin aspect + the "family tree" aspect of her kids/grandkids as well.

So, any advice or pointers, would be helpful. I am on a budget for a bit, so thoughts on really nice coins that fit the above, at great prices appreciated (I would love to have a 1968 and 2002 Kennedy in Cam/DCAM (PF 68 or 69 not necessary for this image )) but not sure of the prices or whatnot (Like I said, I was tempted to take out of proof sets where I could).

PS....if anyone things this is a bad idea or sucks, please let me know an honest reason why. I just thought it would be a cool thing for her.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
