no he wasnt. i pointed out that the reason he might not get good business on ebay is because of his poor (93.1%) feedback, and he went off on me and started calling me rude names and insulting me. another member, RUTH, jumped in, and he started calling him a moron. i reported him to the mod, and he got kicked off. he was a foul mouthed you-know-what, and im frankly glad i got him kicked off.

please note that the mod already deleted most of his attacks (save for the half a page of "MORON"). just because other people make personal attacks, doesnt give him the right to do so. i am usually on the Registry or Sports Card forums, and people dont usually act like this. from what ive seen, most attacks come from bad transactions. while i can understand alerting other members about certain bad trading board members, name calling wont get you your cards any quicker. heres an idea- for EVERY sight unseen transaction you make, get delivery confirmation from the USPS. its cheap, and that way you can guarantee that the other person recieves the cards. for larger transactions, get insurance. this would eliminate upwards of 90% of the name calling and childish behavior on the boards.
please note- i am 22, i realize that a lot of you are 14-18. ive made hundred of online transactions, and i have a pretty good idea how to avoid getting ripped off. i too had to learn that S*** talking will get you nowhere, but taking action (whether legal or otherwise) will.

THANK YOU FOR SAYING THAT OASURFER. Exactly what I was thinking.
His last post at Becketts was an accusation that I interfered with his McGwire auction. Told everyone I was e-mailing the buyer and telling him not to buy. After being asked for proof and being told to report this to SafeHarbour, he changed his story to something like "Well, I don't know if someone e-mailed the seller, but since he's not payiong, someone must have e-mailed him, and I assume it's Raymond because he doesn't like me....".
His only friend there was BeckettSucks. I find it interesting that BS would always report posts and tell the mods that other users were swearing (he reported me for saying "what the hell") but that he thinks EHTHOCKEY should be re-instated here even though he was banned for swearing.
And EHT second to last post was a note from David (BeckettSucks) that he was going to call the police because of "death Threats" against him after he got banned.
Becketts has been much beter since David was banned and EHT left. I suspect the same here at CU.

Look at what happened with the Basketball message board over there and all the porn that was being listed. Those Beckett boards are a joke and in no way is that my fault. It is the fault of the moderators over there that aren't doing their jobs.

All the Basketball stuff happened on a Sunday (mostly Sunday evening) when the poster knew that the Mods are unlikely to be around. First thing Monday, all that junk was gone.
The Mods here are hardly any better. They rarely even show up here then they drop 24 hour ultimatums or the rare occasion that they do show up.
Their job is NOT to police the boards 24 hours a day. Sorry David. And we know you are back, and I did report you to the Mods. They have decided to leave you alone for now since you haven't been overly obnoxious at Becketts. But we are watching you.
Just hope EHT doesn't return now that he got the boot here.....
