How you do log into the PCGS Pop Report?

I am a new member in the PCGS collector's club. In the letter from PCGS, I am informed I can log into the PCGS pop report. It gave me a username and password. I tried and it said username/password combination are not correct. Am I missing something? Do I have to wait a few days before my password is activated?

Sometimes it doesn't get setup. Drop them a quick eMail, or give them a call. That's what I had to do, and it was fixed in a couple minutes.
