ANA 2 Coin Set Arrived, But.......and Other Convention Questions

My ANA package arrived on Friday but both plastic coin holders in he 2 coin set were busted. I don't know how, but I didn't notice any scratches on the coins. I called the ANA MoneyMarket Sales dept and they said that they would send me 2 new ones. Did anyone else have this problem?

For the convention pin, they did use the old symbol instead of the new POS.

Having never attended an ANA convention, do alot of people wear these pins? I'm talking about the one that you had to put together from three pieces: the top says ANA, the seconds part says Baltimore 2003, and the bottom is a round medalion with the old ANA icon.

Tootawl: Yes, I had the same problem. I have not had the chance to call the ANA. Lousy plastic capsules. <p>
I had the exact same problem last year as well.

But the medals ARE gorgeous.

I called the number that was on the letter included int he package. I left a message for Cary Hardy including my customer number (It's on your receipt). It was long at all before I got an email stating that he would look. An hour and a half later, I got another email stating that the replacement will be in the mail on Monday. I know he has to be real busy so I really appreciate his speedy response.

I am not a member of the ANA, but am thinking about joining. Are the coins and pin you're talking about something you get for joining?
