Just because he put a BIN of $750 doesn't mean that is what he is expecting to get for the card. A lot of people put a higher BIN price on a card just to see if someone will bite. And since this is a Yankee card, we all know that there are a ton of Yankee's collectors out there.

The other card he got in the Tin was a Todd Helton jersey/Bat card #25/100.

Hmmm....you're right...there is a tiny flaw on the bottom of the card. I guess the bidders better wait for the next one of these to show up on Ebay. Oh, thats right....this is a 1/1!! I don't really think that a tiny flaw is going to affect the bidding much on this card.

Besides, Donruss has a great customer service department when it comes to replacing cards and unlike other companies, when they replace serial numbered cards, they machine stamp the serial number on the replacement rather then hand write the number like other companies do.

Gee, if I'd known that the majority of the replies to this post were going to be negative, I wouldn't have made the post.

Gettinout didn't pull the card dumbaz - egnah2 pulled it. Donruss is good about replaceing damaged cards. Plus, I don't think a hardcore Soriano or Yankees fan would care about a tiny chip - and if they did, they just have to send it to Donruss so it can be replaced.

Jerseyman-Who in the hell are you? It is because of newbies like you that I don't come around here much anymore, but then I see responses from oldtimers like Trfstptch and I realize that there are still some good guys that hang out here.

TrFstPtch-you are exactly right. I sent in two damaged game-used cards on June 24th and I got them both back in the mail yesterday and both replacements are machine stamped with the same serial number and the cards are mint!!
