truthfully, i really like this site, they even give you a free $10 to start out with to buy whatever you want with! so i say try it out, with my $10 i got two tickets to the nationals for FREE! so just sign up, and try it out...if you dont like it, you still got $10 worth of cards free..
Recently, I stopped by the NAXCOM.com booth at the Sportsfest and again at the National. They are a bunch of cool guys and really seem to care about growing the industry. They sponsered the Free Admission on one of the days at the National and were handing out free $10 gift coupons at the show. All the dealers in the room were accepting them! If all of the dealers at the National and Sportsfest, as well as the promoters of the shows, trust NAXCOM and do business with them, I implore you to take a look too. Big time users like Dave & Adam's Card World, Burbank Sportscards, Goodwin & Co. Starx Cards and others are users on the site. NAXCOM must be doing some good business to keep them interested in being users on the site.
There are also no fees! No listing fees like ebay, no monthly/joining fees like Beckett and no buyer fees like thepit.com. You do not even need a credit card to join. Recently they launched the VINTAGE SUNDAYS Program. There are some reall good vintage cards listed at decent prices too.
Anyways, I said my peace. I am tired of hearing everyone whine about ebay, and then keep on using it. I am tired of seeing ebay raise its rates again and again and do nothing for the collectors that support them. Their "Safe Harbor" is pathetic and too many corrupt people use that site to rip off the honest ones. So try the sites that have people behind them that care about our industy. NAXCOM.com is a good place to start. Okay... I'll get off of the soap box.
