Slab Question...PCI

Does anyone know if PCI slabs with green labels can be dated as to when they were slabbed based on the number on the reverse of the slab below the PCI logo? If so, when was 00001049150027 slabbed? Any ideas? Thanks

coinkat- Why would have to "confess" or apologize for buying coins in a PCI holder?? Plenty of Members here smart enough to buy quality coins, even if they are in other services' holders.

Even Russ likes to buy the PCI holder.

Best I can do is Late 1999 or early 2000 (not sure of the exact point at which the 14 digit serial number came into use.) to Sept 2001.

Twice, I've actually had PCI green-label coins upgrade at NGC.
