I have two negatives on eBay. I also have 304 positives.
One negative came from a buyer that was upset that I charged the shipping/handling/insurance fee that was stated on the auction description. How dare I do what I say I am going to do.
The other negative came because I had to wait for a check to clear before I shipped out an item (this was clearly stated in the auction description). Again, how dare I do what I say I am going to do.
By the way, eBay was not interested in removing these negatives when clearly I did nothing wrong.
Since then, I have blocked both of these bozos.
The point is that no matter what you do, there are people out there who are intent on giving you a hard time.
