Is this a better message for all the babies out there on CU -I guess everybody Stalin included will want to sell to me now that it's 80 to 90% of book! You can't even post a message without 2 or 3 wise crack people putting their nose in it-I've got a great place for their nose -smell this!

Heh, you never saw me complain about your buying prices. Just comment on your .. something must be up your .... you know. You have to learn to ignore people. There will always be those who expect to sell at 75% to full book, but only expect to pay 20-30% or trade. Quick to sell, but never want to buy.

that and tells everyone that he is buying for third book and if you dont like it stuff it?? You better
believe Im going to be all over this guy like brown on crap!

I still don't know why this guy is still here, when ebay is just a click away and you don't have to
worry about getting scammed! The only guys dealing here and not ebay are scammer or
9 year olds who don't have a credit card! Which are you Ruth??

the only way you or anyone else will get a really nice auto for 35 to 45% of bv is if the person really needs cash (like me) or just can't sell it (someone's trash is someone else's treasure). i am, as most of ya'll know, a big derek jeter fan. i have been looking for a certified derek jeter auto card (one from fleer, donruss, etc) for less than $50 for a year now....and guess what......the cheapest one went for $65 (bv $100). most jeters will go for 75%+ bv. getting a HOF or of a future HOF for a cheap price is next to impossible.

I was selling you that curtis martin auto for $7 because that's the lowest winning auction for the same card (price includes shipping). i only did that cause i really need money. but just ignoring me after i sent you three pm's saying only that i wanted to sell the martin and nothing else was rude.

It all depends. You can luck up and get some on Ebay (HOFers) for like 25-35% of BV.

true, finding for 30 to 45% bv on ebay, but that might be for one of the not so famous or semi-famous HOF.

the really famous ones (mantle, ruth, nolan ryan, namath, star, wilt chamberlain, etc) will go for alot.

but there are always a couple that you can find.

i'm with autobilia, go to ebay for cheap prices, not here.

exactly, also, i hate the bv of cards these days.

for example, if i have an auto card bv $100 in the beckett, someone will say, well, i don't want to pay what is bv for ($100), nor do i want to pay half, cause i can get it for like $15 to $20 on ebay. is ebay the "new price guide"? if so, then my collection is only worth $5.

(by the way, my "collection" contains 5 derek jeter autos, 3 jeter game used jerseys, mickey mantle autograph baseball on sweet spot, 1968 topps joe namath, michael jordan auto, derek jeter sp rookie, jay williams gem mint 10 auto card, and one original 1962 topps mantle).

but wait, according to ebay, i would only get $5 for the entire thing. LOL!!!!!
