Light Milky White haze on 76 Silver Mint Set - Will it Dip Off?
I have a 76 3 piece silver mint set with a little light milky haze on all three coins. The Ike and Washington are clear 67/68 quality if I can remove the haze with no damage. Is anyone experienced with removing contamination from these specific coins? I've dipped plenty of silver proofs with little trouble, but have never tried a silver circulation stike never mind a 40% silver one (Although I've tried an SMS Kennedy... that must be pretty close)

The 40% clad silvers dip just fine using the same methods you use for 90%.

Just don't use the same Jeweluster on both metal types.
Use separate dip for clad and nickel coins. Separate dip for silver and (especially) separate dip for copper.
Using the same dip will give you horrid results down the road.
If you have those, you're probably out of luck and overdipping trying to remove them will result in a flat lifeless coin... with milk spots.
I believe (like with the Peace dollars) it's due to a rinse at the mint while the metal is hot and can permanently etch the coin.
