Updating US Mint subscriptions

I may be doing something wrong, but I have to go into every subscription I have with the US Mint and update my credit card information. What a pain. imageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimage

Zowie - you might want to cut down on an emot or two --I think you can go to the "My Account" section on the mint web site and change your data one time for all. I haven't tried it but I see the link there when I visit the site.

I just had to do that today! First you have to update your account info, then update every subscription you have otherwise it won't work!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

The U.S. Mint subscription service is all screwed up.

First thing is that you can't unsubscribe. You have to call.

When the Mint started charging for shipping (without being so kind as to at least sent me a warning email about this change in policy), my gut reaction was to cancel all my subscriptions (especially since at first they sent everything individually and included the shipping charge for each item). So I called and asked that all my subscription be cancelled and I deleted my "My Account".

The subscriptions (and charges to my Credit Card) never stopped.

I relented and decided to keep the subscriptions when they indicated they would try to combine shipping charges.

But when I had to update my shipping address, I no longer had a "MyAccount" to update.

Once again I call the Mint, but the first person I talked to stated that she chouldn't change the shipping address, that could only be done through "MyAccount" (ARGGGGGGG!!!!).

A couple of phone calls over the next couple of days finally got me to someone who could change my address (and I still don't have a "MyAccount" and the subscriptions keep comming).

Why does anyone need a subscription service that doesn't work? Why more than one account? I just order what I want when I want it. It works for me. Steve
